Spencer Horn spoke at one of our recent Convention Services Association luncheon meeting. As a board member of CSA, I can tell you first hand that is the speaker doesn’t grab our member’s attention from the outset, our members can easily become distracted. But, when Spencer began his presentation on “The Power of Responsibility”, I could tell almost immediately he had them hooked. Not only was he entertaining and engaging, but the topic was interesting and educational in a way that everyone could relate to. Spencer delivered a compelling message to our members and the feedback I received has been overwhelmingly positive.

Being a sole owner of a $35 million construction firm creates numerous challenges for me as a leader and me as an individual.
